  • Power on, no display
    Reason
    Battery no power or AC power is not plugged in
    Solution
    Connect AC power, or check AC power whether plugged in
  • Terminal auto-power off
    Reason
    When there is no external power, in order to save power program setting that is set sometime(about 30minutes), power off if no press any key
    Solution
    Reboot is ok
  • No dial when installation on the first time, always prompt “dialing, please wait”
    Reason
    Probably there is no external No., or delay when dial
    Solution
    Can add 1 to 4 a comma before the perimeter, a comma means a second, namely after picking machine detected a dial tone to wait for a second dial-up, plus 5 comma does not detect a dial tone, off-hook dial slightly delay then.
  • Prompt: telephone cable do not plug in or telephone cable is occupied
    Reason

    Solution
    Check telephone cable whether connect well with telephone port right the base, or check dialing No. or exterior line whether correct
  • Always receive time out
    Reason
    Probably 2 reason, one is Infrared reception is not good, second is telephone signal is too weak, or MODEM have problems
    Solution
    1. The test is on the base of the credit card, not the credit card indicates the infrared problem.
    2. Switch to a new base.
  • always prompt ”line is busy” can not make transaction
    Reason
    Probably is telephone No. or external line setting is wrong
    Solution
    Check the phone number whether correct with exterior line
  • prompt in transaction ”continue transaction, please put mobile on the base”
    Reason
    Mobile do not put on the base or position is wrong, can not communication
    Solution
    Please put mobile on the base, and confirm position is correct
  • Print no display
    Reason
    Heat sensitive paper is placed in reverse
    Solution
    Place thermal printer according to manual
  • Print is too weak
    Reason
    Generally normal, if the customer is very strong, use slow printing
    Solution
    In the supervisor setting, set up the speed of printing, which can be divided fast, medium speed, slow speed three, the slower the stronger.
  • Print receipt missing row
    Reason
    The gear of a thermal printer is defective

  • Always prompt ”swipe card error, please re-swipe”
    Reason
    Dirt in the Mag-head
    Magnetic card damage or demagnetization
    Swipe card is wrong
    Solution
    You can use a appropriate hard paper with a hard hardness, and place it in the slot with a slight horizontal and vertical drag, wiping away the dirt from the head.
    Use soft paper to wipe the dirt from the magnetic card, if the magnetic card is demagnetizing or the magnetic card is the problem, suggest to the hair card line to replace the magnetic card
    Pay attention to the direction of the magnetic surface and the speed of the credit card.
  • Screen display “ can’t find original card”
    Reason
    The special encrypted card is not installed or installed position which is not in accordance with the "select SIM card" Settings in the system Settings.
    Solution
    Power off, insert card & install correct position, reboot again
  • External PINPAD can not use
    Reason
    The PINPAD connector is not connected, the machine option is set to no password keyboard
    Solution

  • The charge is not back, as long as a trade is done, the prompt "is receiving, please wait...", notice must have 6 ellipsis, is blunt positive.

    Solution
    To clear terminal data, there is "data maintenance" in "system Settings" and choose to clear terminal data.
  • Communication is not a problem and cannot make transaction
